REGISTRATION: Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment, payable by check or money order to Watters & Associates. (NSF checks will be charged $25.) CANCELLATION POLICY: Programs are sometimes subject to cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. If you are making non-refundable travel reservations, please consider travel insurance. NO SHOW: Notify us at least seven calendar days in advance of the program, and you will receive a full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee. If you notify us less than seven days in advance, you may choose to receive a credit voucher or substitute another participant.
